How do I pay for a long-term stay reservation?

Are you planning to stay for a while? I hope you have a wonderful time. Payment mechanisms for reservations of 28 nights or more are as follows:

First month's down payment: The first month's fee will be charged upfront, but the transfer to the host will be held until 24 hours after check-in.
Monthly Payment: The next month's payment will be charged to the same payment method approximately one month after check-in, and thereafter until the end of the stay.
The monthly price is fixed at the start of the reservation. You can check your payment history and total charges on your receipt.

All reservations of 28 nights or more are automatically subject to our long stay cancellation policy. Accordingly, cancellations generally require 30 days' notice.

Pay your monthly payments early

Although not required, you may pay your monthly bill slightly earlier than the due date, as long as it is 7 days before the due date.

For example, if your payment is due on July 11th, you can pay after midnight (UTC) on July 4th.
